The flat is located on Vasilievsky island near the Gulf of Finland, it will take less than 30 minutes to reach St.-Petersburg city center. You may find famous hotel Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya with a huge conference hall, Lenexpo Exhibition Complex, sea-port, and fitness club nearby. Thus, the flat is a really convenient place to stay for business and individual travelers as well as for families with children from 5 to 12 years old. There is rope park in the courtyard.

Flat and appliances are for guests use. We provide Wifi and some training facilities in the Sunny Place. Tea, coffee, cookies, and sweets are always available. There are groceries and fast-foods (Macdonalds and Teremok) nearby as well as cafes and restaurants.

Sunny Place is on the 14th floor of the 18th-floor building. Our building has two lifts. Gulf of Finland view from the flat. There are a dining table, writing table and a sofa-bed in the lounge.

You can use busses with numbers 7 and 11, which are only 5 minutes walk, to get to the city center. Primorskaya metro station is only 7 minutes by busses with numbers 7 and 151. You may get to the Primorskaya underground station by 27 minutes walk as well. We also have huge free parking zone near the house.
